No itchy tag digging into my hip all day, which was the whole reason I switched. The 5% elastane keeps them from stretching out after a wash at 40c. Sized up like the notes said and the fit is spot on.
Honestly, I wish I'd sized up as warned, but the fabric is so soft and the lack of any itchy internal labels is a genuine game-changer. After a few washes they still fit close and hold their shape perfectly.
The cotton feels noticeably softer than the synthetic trunks I used to wear, and not having an itchy tag digging in is a small daily win. Only gripe is the fit runs snug, so keep that in mind.
